Brushing

You should hold your toothbrush at a slight angle against your teeth and brush with short back-and-forth motions. Remember to brush the inside and chewing surfaces of your teeth, as well as your tongue. Avoid vigorous or harsh scrubbing, which can irritate your gums.

Suzanne qualified as a Dental Hygienist from Liverpool University Dental Hospital, School of Dental Hygiene in September 1994.

She obtained a certificate with distinction in Dental Radiography for Dental Nurses and Dental Hygienists in Dublin Dental Hospital and School of Dental Science, Trinity College in Association with the School of Diagnostic Imaging, University College Dublin in May 1996.
